TMURA began not with a blueprint, but with an instinct for design.
Founded by Jasreet Alagh in 2008, TMURA grew from a passion that came naturally to her, an intuitive understanding of spaces and the way a home should feel. With no formal training in interiors, Jasreet built the practice around something far more personal: a design sensibility she believes has always been a part of her.
Her vision of luxury has never been about creating spaces that simply look beautiful. For Jasreet, a home must feel like home, warm and personal, yet refined. Luxurious, yet practical enough to be lived in every day. Her aesthetic has evolved over the years through global influences, while remaining deeply connected to her Indian heritage, resulting in spaces that feel layered, considered and individual.
From the beginning, Jasreet envisioned TMURA as more than a design practice. She wanted to create one destination where a client's entire vision could be realised, from interior design and bespoke furniture to Manufacturing, Execution and the final layers of Styling. A place where an idea does not end on paper, but is carefully crafted into reality.
Today, that vision continues to evolve as the next generation joins her in the business. With her children Pravi Alagh and Angad Alagh, now being a part of TMURA, what began as one woman's passion has gradually become a family legacy, carrying forward a shared appreciation for craftsmanship and beautifully made spaces.
From instinct to institution, TMURA continues to create homes that are luxurious in expression, personal at heart, and made not simply to be seen, but to be lived in and remembered.
